  3. Thank you for sharing this information. I know this feature was missing in DAX earlier versions and was very common feature that was asked from the clients. Is there any way that system automatically settle all the checks when the maturity arrives and posts the journal entries. [Any batch processing or periodic routine]? I see that this has to do manually from your 6th point.

      This is an interesting question. Per my research and knowledge of the PDC functionality in AX 2012, you cannot batch this task.

      Also, it makes sense that(at least to me :)), this task should still remain under user’s control instead of being batched, as user will see and validate all the checks arriving maturity by clicking the “Checks to send to bank”, they will then send the checks to bank and would like to settle the corresponding entries for individual checks, which will be just one click away.

      Enabling batch for this will definitely add value I believe.
